Our Client is a Multinationa Performance Agency, part of a huge Multinational Group.
La figura ricercata
- Responsible for the Digital platforms and supplier relationships;
- Managing team to deliver digital traded campaigns - including training and developmental needs;
- Devising media plans to be able to deliver success from a client brief, using logic and rationale to justify to client;
- Client lead to be able to offer expertise and consultative advice when called upon;
- Become a thought-leader looking to evolve and deliver best-in-class solutions;
- Define and implement solutions around process management and team workflow;
- Responsible in managing the departmental P&L;
- Responsible for measuring and defining KPI success in line with client expectation;
- QA of media tracking to ensure success can be quantified to align with client benchmarks for success;
- Training and development of a team over time;
- Building commercially viable relationships with key supply partners;
- Assisting with new client onboarding as part of the wider business objectives.
Il candidato prescelto
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience being in a leader role in media/programmatic industry;
- Experience of leading a successful team/department;
- Working knowledge of trading platforms such as DV360, Amazon (AAP) advantageous;
- Strong understanding of digital attribution and the digital ecosystem;
- Experience of managing P&L essential.
- Strong attention to detail and QA skills.
- Time management - Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Avanced level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to task both on individual projects as well as part of a team.
- Strong oral and written communication
- Strong client management.
- Strong workflow management.
