Offerta

The Hardware Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Translate functional and regulatory requirements into complete hardware designs for gas burner applications.
  • Develop schematic diagrams, component selection, and architecture for electronic boards.
  • Oversee the entire development flow: design → prototyping → validation → testing → release.
  • Define and execute test plans for hardware validation, including reliability, safety, and performance tests.
  • Collaborate closely with Software, Mechanical, Product Management, and Quality teams within a multinational R&D network.
  • Support the definition of requirements in coordination with international stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, test procedures, and design documentation.
  • Interface with suppliers and technical partners for prototype development and component optimization.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful Hardware Engineer should have:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in electronic hardware design (analog & digital).
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design tools, electronic components, and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Experience in validation and testing of electronic boards, including test plan definition.
  • Familiarity with structured development processes and multidisciplinary environments.
  • Understanding of safety standards and compliance for electronic products (preferable in combustion, appliances, or industrial control).
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects with a methodical and structured approach.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
