Group Financial Controller - Leading European Asset Manager

As part of our Finance team, you'll be involved in the following activities:

• Act as a key member of Finance Team reporting to CFO and working closely to the top management
• Responsible of planning, budgeting and reporting process with the aim to lead the Management Control Model implementation
• Advise and influence the internal and external stakeholders in making business decisions and develop actions to reach targets for margins and expenses
• Monitor, track, and predict key financial trends that drive value creation for the business and support decision making
• Cash Flow Planning and Management
• Providing regular updates on the status of projects to key stakeholders, including executives and project team members
• Developing and monitoring the project's progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule and budget, while identifying possible problems that may occur
• Lead financial analysis including partnering in contract negotiations with internal and external third parties
• Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development
• Actively drive communications and interactions with the respective teams, Administration, HR and other Corporate teams to communicate business priorities and facilitate delivery of service levels to the business
• Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risks
• Other ad hoc duties as required
