Finance Director

The candidate will be part of the Finance team and have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the Company
• Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis
• Supporting the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results
• Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Supporting the Accounting Centre in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
• Supporting the Accounting Centre in their interactions with the external and internal auditors
• Provide leadership to the finance department team
• Engage with senior management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
• Overseeing the financial strategy and budgeting process of the organisation
• Manage the company's financial planning and risk management
• Supporting global financial teams in preparing, analysing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
• Supporting the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Oversee the management of company investments
