Il nostro cliente
The client is an italian company that produces and sells personal care products.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:- Co-designing the export sales strategy for the assigned markets;
- Executing the sales strategy to increase the presence in active markets (France&elgium) and develop ex novo new ones (others);
- Identifying the key players for each sales channel (pharmacy) and create direct connections with decision-makers to promote brands' portfolio;
- Negotiating directly with clients in alignment with the company's commercial policy;
- Supervising all the sales and post-sales activities in order to satisfy clients' needs;
- Travelling frequently abroad to meet prospects and active clients.
Il candidato prescelto
The candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in export sales roles;
- Deep knowledge and clear understanding of pharmacy channel;
- Active network of distributors and/or sales agents in France;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral. It's a plus if french-speaker;
- Proactiveness, goal-orientation, flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset.
