European Virtual Power Plant Product Manager

Key competency requirements:

• insight: with basic needs, new technology and industrial development direction insight, with new opportunity point insight; Able to identify the industry changes and evolution trends, business changes and acute identification and judgment ability;
• Product and solution competitiveness planning ability: Plan N generation and N+1 generation products and solutions according to business and industrial core scenarios & business target network, future development trend and value region
• Commercial design ability: Integrate commercial design thinking into product technology traction and planning, focus on customer value, and design solutions from the top end to the end of business logic

Key experience requirements:

• energy-related product research and development experience: with energy-related product research and development experience, master the power electronics knowledge of related products;
• Deep experience in power grid: deep understanding of European power market, market policy and distribution network;
• VPP industry experience: in-depth understanding of distributed energy storage industry, familiar with industrial policies, aggregators and business models
• insight experience: with the successful experience of insight into the energy industry, accurate insight into the changes in the industry, to obtain recognition in the field planning and innovation experience:
• Experience in planning new products and new solutions in the energy industry, and landing in the main version to produce better commercial realisation results
• 10 years of experience
