Ruolo

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to exceed financial results

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to effectively manage all the different sales channels

- Identify changing market conditions and introduces appropriate changes in sales and marketing strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations

- Create and execute account plans for assigned European, Russian, Middle East market territories in the Leisure Segment

- Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas

- Monitors and motivates the department activities and team to ensure that all sales persons' quotas are met

- Responsibility for achieving revenue goals

Il candidato prescelto

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

- Academic education or equivalent experience

- Must have minimum 3 year experience in the same position for 5*L hotels

- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language. Other languages such as French and/or Arabic are a plus

- Availability for domestic and international travel
