Job Description

The key responsibilities are:

  1. Product Strategy:
    • Define and articulate the overall product vision and strategy.
    • Align the product strategy with the company's business goals and objectives.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
    • Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions.
  3. Requirements Gathering:
    • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, development teams, and other relevant departments, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  4. Roadmap Planning:
    • Develop a product roadmap outlining the key features and enhancements over time.
    • Prioritize features and set realistic timelines for development.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
  6. User Experience (UX) and Design:
    • Work with UX/UI designers to create a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product.
    • Ensure that the product meets or exceeds user experience expectations.
  7. Development Oversight:
    • Monitor the development process, providing guidance and clarifications to the development team as needed.
    • Conduct regular product reviews and adjust the roadmap as necessary.
  8. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the product meets quality standards.
    • Conduct testing and validation to identify and address any issues.
  9. Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for product launches.
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote the product effectively.
  10. Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the product.
    • Use data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for ongoing product improvements.
  11. Iterative Improvement:
    • Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market changes, and performance metrics.
    • Keep informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  12. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
  13. Team management:
    • Nurture and develop one junior talent

Competenze ed esperienza


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in product management or related strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product teams to create and launch new products based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Expertise in navigating the product development process, balancing customer satisfaction, speed and quality
  • Understanding of key technologies for web development and application development.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems in simple terms
  • Passion for food and the world of dining is a plus.
