Offerta

  • Develop the business through consolidated list of contacts and relations gained in its previous working experiences.
  • Analysis of the Tender documentation, manage Bid execution, identify winning solutions, review of all proposals from Suppliers, and Subcontractors. Prepare and present comparative cost analysis.
  • Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Travel to meet Clients or Suppliers or Manage Site Activities
  • Strong background in data center/commercial/industrial construction to include telecom, mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing building systems, tenant improvement, site work and ground up construction.
  • Lead and support the architects, engineers, and other specialty disciplines from initial programming to construction completion
  • Interface to internal engineering groups, operations and business units to manage execution and delivery of project requirements.
  • Act as the key contact for our customers and an escalation point for issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all those stakeholders.

Competenze ed esperienza

Previous experience in selling projects in the data center sector.

Degree in engineering disciplines.

Fluent knowledge of the English language.
