Our client is a Multinational company starting up in Italy.

Reporting to the CEO and the Board the selected candidate will have the following main responsibilities:
- Lead Generation by mapping Italian major Direct Advertisers and their key contacts, visit them and introduce Company technology;
- Negotiates and influences at executive and management level resulting in contracts and agreements;
- Initiates, develops and implements sales oriented customer events, activities, campaigns, company and product presentations and trade fairs;
- Follows up from first contact to delivery;
- Builds a sales and marketing team in line with business growth needs;
- Reports to HQ figures and budget, owning P&L responsibility;
- Provides insights to HQ regarding product development and improvement by sharing Clients feedback.
Il candidato prescelto
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
The figure would have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital Media selling technology, with a deep understanding of Media Business.
Technical Background with well established network among Direct Advertisers will be a must.
- English (Required)
Main qualities required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong quantitative aptitude and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms;
- Leadership and excellent management skills;
- Burn to achieve.
