Ruolo

- Successfully conduct sales calls and meetings to understand prospect needs and position the Product as a thought leader to help brands grow their digital presence;

- Research and create sales proposals and other forms of follow-up to advance the sales cycle and nurture prospects into customers;

- Set the office, hire and manage the team;

- Deliver energetic and expert presentations to in-house marketers that teach them something new while also delivering Agency's core value propositions;

- Exercise thoughtful persistence with follow-ups to close the deal;

- Negotiate (along with VP of Sales) contract terms and SOW language;

- Participate in sales training and bring new ideas to the table to improve processes;

- Little travel required, but willingness to host video calls a must.

Il candidato prescelto

- At least 10 years enterprise sales or client services experience within a performance marketing agency (SEO, SEM, Social Media, or Programmatic services);

- Have a solid understanding of how marketing channel strategies work together, including SEO, paid search, social media, mobile, PR, and email;

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively convey what's most relevant and meaningful for various audiences within the client organization including the C-Suite, marketing team, finance and IT teams, in a clear and understanding way;

- Preferred: Has read and understood "The Challenger Sale" and embodies the principles in the book;

- Excellent knowledge of search engine criteria / algorithm updates (i.e.: Panda, Penguin, Pigeon);

- Strong experience with industry standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEOMoz, SEMrush, etc.);

- Excellent presentation capabilities and preparation/follow through;

- Able to manage a team and to build a solid vision within the Country;

- Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills;

- Ability to manage and prioritize many clients and deadlines concurrently, while also managing internal and external expectations for workload;

- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. Master degree would be a plus.

Given the nature of these leads, the ideal candidate is very savvy in all forms of digital marketing and can have in-depth and strategic discussions with Director and VP level marketing resources on the client side. The ideal candidate is an expert at asking thoughtful questions that challenge the stakeholder's point-of-view and add value to their day. He/She uses deep understanding of customers' businesses to push their thinking. He/She believes that sales conversations should involve equal parts discovery and teaching, and is able to tailor messaging based on the insights learned during the discussions with the prospect. He/She understands complex sales cycles in which achieving consensus and eliminating risks is paramount to big companies, yet is also able to strategically take creative risks to differentiate and delight enterprise leads so that the agency doesn't sound like everyone else. Last but not least, is a consummate professional. He/She represents the company well at every stage of the process, and consider integrity to be paramount.
