Key responsibilities:

  • Enable sales growth by implementing indirect sales strategy for IT Channel Accounts and Electric&Mechanical Partners in the assigned territory
  • Direct and develop talents and engagement within the Country Indirect Team
  • Recruit, develop, enable and manage IT Channel and E&M partners in Country
  • Adopting, deploying and executing Global and Regional Channel Team Sales Strategies, developing channels programs and sales plans for optimal performance and growth
  • Coach and develop channels partners to adopt Company's sales strategy & methodology
  • Co-sell with partners to achieve higher value transactions and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Country direct sales, Marketing, and Product Management to facilitate new initiatives, offerings and sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with the partners
  • Prospecting of new client opportunities and channels partners
  • Management or reviews and reporting: pipeline reviews, territory planning and forecasting of channels and alliances sales activities
  • Leading the Local Team to maintain accurate records of partner activity in CRM
  • Ensure a strong pipeline is built to meet and exceed channels sales targets
  • Collaborating with Inside sales Team in order to achieve Long Tails/Low Touch customers results

Il candidato prescelto

Background / Experience Required:

15+ years related channel or enterprise sales industry experience

BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent with relevant working experience locally or regional

Demonstrated experience managing/ leading high performing teams and partners

Thorough competitive knowledge including solutions, technology and product offerings

Deep understanding of Data Centre and Edge infrastructure space

Deep understanding and successful design & execution of channels programs, indirect Go to Market commercial experiences, alliances & channels sales organization

Experience in driving business through evolving partner eco-system
