Control Tower Manager

As Control Tower Manager you'll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Manage the operational team to execute the planning of the logistics operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound), optimizing the customers' satisfaction;

- Effective production planning capabilities both for B2B (retailers deliveries) and B2C ( e-store deliveries) in general and particularly in the management of peaks ( i.e.: new product launch, special promotions, etc..)

- Transportation planning express / dedicated services and e-commerce specific deliveries ( both for parcel deliveries and bulky products for home deliveries).

- Analyze weekly KPI reports and rolling forecast to monitor the operational performance, identifying and implementing action needed to improve both quality and efficiencies;
