Additionally, they will analyze collected data, conduct investigations, and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. * Lead the development and implementation of condition monitoring activities.* Coaching and training the teams when needed.* Update and review condition monitoring tools, software, and alarm limits.* Analyze asset failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.* Implement and develop reliability data.* Coordinate with specialists (inside or outside organization) as needed.Competenze ed esperienzaISO 18436 certification in Condition Monitoring (Level 2, Level 3 preferred). Experienced in similar past roles. Mechanical engineering background is preferred. Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office tools. Good command of English (written and spoken), Italian knowledge will be considered a plus. High commitment to safety and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. Strong teamwork skills, goal-oriented, and attention to detail. Some understanding of paper-making processes is a plus.
