Job Description
- Manage the client relationship in the different European territories (including trips abroad, develop reinsurance solutions, negotiate the renewal of mandatory contracts, internally coordinate quotes, special acceptances, cooperation in claims, etc. and present it to clients).
- Participate in business planning (Identify and develop new reinsurance opportunities with European insurance companies in line with the objectives of the company's strategic plan).
- Understand and coordinate the reinsurance needs with the different underwriting teams in a cooperative manner.
- Manage the relationship with the different reinsurance brokers.
- Attend reinsurance market events.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Minimum experience of 8 years within the reinsurance industry.
- Knowledge of non-life direct insurance business classes (knowledge of life insurance would be an advantage).
- Advanced level of French. Knowledge of other European languages would be a plus.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Strong capability in team´s work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to travel frequently
