CFO - Northern Italy (Main Office: Turin)

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full Finance function and coordinate a team of 30 people, with direct responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes;
• Supervise financial activities across various plants in Northern Italy, with a willingness to travel frequently;
• Define and implement financial strategies, supporting senior management in achieving business objectives;
• Optimize financial processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations;
• Collaborate with other departments and global management, providing long-term strategic financial insight.
