Our client is the leading specialist in advertising attention measurement. Founded in 2022 by five senior digital advertising experts, the company was built on the belief that current KPIs are no longer sufficient and must evolve to meet the new challenges brands face. Today, the company has grown to over 50 employees and continues to scale rapidly. After consolidating its presence in the French market,they entered a new phase of global expansion at the end of last year, opening offices in key strategic markets including the UK, US, Spain, APAC, and Italy. Today, they are a high-growth international player, experiencing strong momentum across multiple countries. In Italy, they are currently building the local team and are looking for a Sales profile who will directly contribute to market development, working with both media agencies and advertisers. This Sales role is strategic: beyond being a key growth driver, it represents the daily "pulse" of the market, helping shape the evolution of our product, value proposition, and overall company strategy.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Industry Knowledge: you are already familiar with the digital media ecosystem, with at least initial experience in an ad network or AdTech company. We are looking for someone with around 3-4 years of experience in the industry;
  • New Business Mindset: You have hands-on experience in driving new business, from prospecting to opening new accounts, and are comfortable building a pipeline from scratch in a developing market;
  • Network: Even better if you have a well-developed network within media agencies or with advertisers who trust you; otherwise, you have the interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships with ease;
  • Growth Experience: If you have already succeeded in a high-growth company and know how to identify and unlock growth opportunities within a defined scope, that's a strong plus;
  • Proven Track Record: Success in a sales role is nearly mandatory (e.g., delivering double-digit revenue growth on a multi-million euro portfolio);
  • Communication & Skills: You are fluent in both Italian and English, highly organized, genuinely curious, and possess strong listening and communication skills;
  • Bonus Skills: Experience selling video products or international solutions is a strong advantage.

What we expect from you :

  • Market Evangelization with a Pedagogical Touch. Attention is still a new topic in the advertising industry, and our client plays a key role in market education. You will adopt a true consulting posture with agencies and advertisers, demonstrating the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly;
  • Prospecting, Closing, and Retaining Clients Evangelization means a lot of meetings: if you enjoy doing 10+ meetings a week, opening new accounts, and winning deals, this is exactly what we need at this stage of our client's story. You will work hand-in-hand with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. Identifying decision-makers within your perimeter is crucial. Eventually, you will be expected to negotiate annual partnerships with Top 100 Advertisers;
  • High Ambition. You hate to lose, you dislike the status quo, and you believe we can always do more. You want to learn new things and become a great Sales professionals in the market. You are eager to contribute to the growth of a French startup addressing an innovative industry challenge;
