Our client is a company builder creating an ecosystem of digital B2C and B2B2C business models and MarTech projects in Europe. The company is looking to expand its MarTech Solutions outside the automotive sector (focusing initially on the energy and finance verticals) and is looking to bring onboard an experienced, self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop this new business line.
Ruolo
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development of the new MarTech Solutions business unit as well as existing activity
- Define the company's MarTech offering by refining the value proposition, positioning and sales materials
- Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy that ultimately leads to significant growth in the new market
- Proactively seek out attractive marketing and partnership opportunities that will help grow the business
- Establish effective relationships with key internal stakeholders e.g. Product, Tech Development and Marketing
- Help with Account Management activities as when required
Il candidato prescelto
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of consolidated commercial or account management experience
- Experience in successfully selling MarTech or Digital solutions to media agencies and/or brands
- Digital Consultancy or Media Agency experience a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial, proactive "can-do" attitude
- Well-connected, and a brilliant relationship builder
- Dynamic, fast-learner, who can make things happen
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly motivated by growth and developing a business from the scratch
