Associate/Manager Settore Investment

The Associate/Manager will join the strategic support team and play an active role in origination, commercial due diligence, strategic management of portfolio companies, and support to investment processes.
The role entails significant exposure to international environments, interaction with the top management of portfolio companies, and the opportunity to participate as a board observer.

Key Resposnabilities:

• Lead market research and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities;
• Coordinate commercial due diligence processes with external advisors;
• Prepare investment memos and materials for the investment committee;
• Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry stakeholders;
• Participate in board meetings of portfolio companies and contribute to defining strategic priorities;
• Support the implementation of growth and value-creation initiatives;
