La figura ricercata
- Drive sales on the target area (Italy and Europe) by providing solutions to clients.
- Develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key customers.
- Assist and support the product portfolio, giving high value added to their clients.
- Assist and work with the client in order to see how to fulfill its needs.
- Develop new market strategies and approaches
- Give technical assistance to clients
- Ensure the application of the sales strategy
- Coordination of proposal preparations
- Establish the annual objectives.
- Work out product strategies and market overviews, including competitor analysis.
- Production, monitoring and responsibility for the turnover budget
- Turnover and price controls
- Effectively manage the sales cycle
- Report to the Sales Manager and provide data for monthly reviews.
Il candidato prescelto
- Successful track record in sales
- Ability to generate business and build long-term customer relationships
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to generate accurate quotes
- Ability to generate confidence on the clients in order to be able to work together with them and provide them high added value to their processes.
- Ability to work in different sectors and spokes people (DIY, Healthcare, No-food, Pet Food, Sweets, Dry Food, Fresh and frozen food, fresh product, convenient food, etc.)
- Superior deal-closing skills
- Great strategic vision
- Resilient, with a high level of self-motivation.
- Able to work independently (home office based)
- English Fluent
