La figura ricercata
- Sales Strategy - In close cooperation with the National Sales
Manager Surgical , and with the local Marketing support develop
a Sales Strategy for the territory in order to ensure achievement
of agreed financial targets
- Sales Plans & Activities - Using an agreed European Sales
Methodology and its tools carry out the agreed Sales Plans &
activities in the territory in order to achieve Sales and
Profitability targets.Evaluate product sales trends in comparison
with competitive products. Direct appropriate actions to
increase market shares. Set priorities and push product
promotion and special selling efforts to optimize results.
- Forecasting - Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline data
in SFDC for Sales Forecasts for Surgical products.
- Product Supply - Close liaison with Shared services, concerning
the supply of products to the Customer.
- Demonstration Resources - Close liaison with the European Demonstration Resources
- Plan and carry out regular visits to existing customers to
continually monitor requirements and satisfaction levels,
business trends and competitor activity.
Il candidato prescelto
Experience in Medical field (min 3 years), as sales area manager: preference in medical
Degree in a Biology, or equivalent, is nice to have, of equal value is a strong Sales experience Medical Industry.
- Customer oriented in order to create loyal customer base.
Positive thinking and attitude with conflict troubleshooter abilities.
Team worker with ability to follow Company process and compliance.
Planining and orgacionational skills.
Perfect balance between sales and high-tech medical knowledge.
