Role Profile: Desk-side Support Analyst (Italy)
Role purpose: To provide an effective, capable & responsive desk-side services & support function, tailored to the specific requirements across Italy, Germany & Sweden Offices.
Location:Milan Office (base)
6 months contract + Perm contract
La figura ricercata
Working within the framework and guidelines of the Desk-side Support team, undertake work and activities which support the achievement of the team's objectives.
Be aware of wider Information Technology strategy and appropriately align effort with this direction
Positively promote the Desk-side support team in order to develop the team profile and that of the wider IT function.
Participate in internal meetings, in order to share and develop knowledge and best practice Policy, Process and Procedures
Contribute to the ongoing deployment of a Desk Side service which provides a quality end user computing service
Co-ordinate and manage the stock control process, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet business user demands
Act as a local point of contact for all IT related issues, taking ownership and overseeing issues through to resolution in order to ensure business users are provided with support which enables them to meet their objectives and work priorities.
Il candidato prescelto
Good understanding and background of Network, Application and Desk side technologies.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Flexible (e.g. travel, hours).
Fluent in Italian and English, German & Swedish desirable.
