Our client is an Italian group leading in food industry.
La figura ricercata
In particular, he/she will have the following main responsibilities:
- development, planning and control of international market strategy (channels, sales network,) in Europe and oversees;
- preparation of business plans for each country to facilitate the approval process of the investment plans by the board;
- search of strategic clients (distributors partners and key accounts) to develop stable and profitable relationships;
- presentations, economic proposals, negotiation and offers for strategic customers;
- cooperation with Marketing Department for the development of marketing strategy at international level in accordance with the guidelines defined by the group;
- monitoring of the sales activities and the related performance of all sales units, in accordance with the assigned KPIs;
- definition and implementation of development programs and training for sales force;
- contribution to the development of the business strategy of the Group.
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal candidate is an effective people animator with a strong background in sales and marketing in international business, in FMCG industry. A proven track record in leading an international business in fine food will be much appreciated.
We are looking for a good communicator, a leader with strong competence in management of complex sales systems (agents, distributors, local branches, key customers), in a multi channel distribution ideally (food service, mass market). Self-confidence and ability to adapt in a family company will be key factors to succeed in the role.
The knowledge of Italian and English languages are strongly required; the knowledge of a third language will be much appreciated.
