Our client is a leading company in the production of filters and components used in several business areas: medical, automotive, laboratories, security, appliances and construction. In order to boost the Life Sciences division we are looking for the main actor of its business.
La figura ricercata
Reporting to the Group CEO, the new resource will be responsible for developing sales in key markets of the Life Sciences Division, implementing and activating commercial relations with customers.
The main responsibilities of this role will be the following:
- Business development, initially in the European markets and soon after in US and the rest of the world (China and Brazil);
- Animating and developing an international sales network, organised with Sales Managers in the main reference areas;
- Defining and implementing a sales strategy through dealers channels, direct BtoB; OEM and E Commerce;
- Managing and developing the existing business relations and make new business activities in Pharma, Chemical and F&B industries;
- Guaranteeing a business development plan on the basis of agreed policies with Corporate;
- Following negotiations from an economic and technical point of view and give indications to the colleagues in order to define competitive and attracting offers/estimates. Finally, in addition to sales catalogue, who will cover the position should promote in particular customised sales, according to the specific technical needs of the customers;
- Propositioning of a sales budget defined "ad hoc" and defining the annual sales plan, divided by geographical areas and reference period;
- Proposing and defining according with the Direction, investment policies and strategies and the range of products;
- Assuring the achievement of the agreed targets, making volumes and sales mix. Succeed in achieving revenue target;
- Monitoring and constantly update the operative margin of the Division;
- Monitoring the income referred to the revenues and cooperate in the debt collection process;
- Collecting information about key market and competitors;
- Contributing to the definition of development strategies for the Group.
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal candidate we are looking for has an academic technical-scientific background and has previous significant experience in commercial role in international market in the specific lab filters industry.

A professional knowledge of English is an essential requirement. The knowledge of Italian language will be much appreciated.
