Our client is an Italian Group in the consumer industry. In order to boost the international development of their main successful brands we are looking for the following:
La figura ricercata
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the new resource will have the following main responsibilities:
- Build, organise and develop the international business division of the group;
- Define and implement international development strategy through also extraordinary operations (JV, partnership, branches etc.);
- Increase the business of international sales identifying and developing new opportunities in terms of countries, distribution channels, customers;
- be responsible for the international division budget and related investments;
- Increase the international distribution network;
- Control and manage optimally the international business in terms of turnover, margins and reliability;
- Full P&L responsibility of the assigned company;
- Build a fruitful cooperation with the rest of Group functions;
- Contribute to the definition of the development plan of the Group.
Il candidato prescelto
Well educated background, qualified professional experience within the international commercial division of modern structured and organised companies, including multinationals, leading in consumer goods, personal care, home care or laundry preferably.
Ability to manage and develop business independently, with a result driven approach. Good knowledge of marketing, trade marketing and sales management in an international environment.
Looking for an effective strategic vision of the business, operational ability to implement an effective international sales organisation and organisational skills for the management of the team and an entrepreneurial spirit to adapt to the business vision and needs of the group.
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and sales network and excellent ability to handle commercial negotiations, strategic and pragmatic sense.
Ability to act autonomously, analysis and synthesis, sense of initiative and decision-making, method and sense of priorities are key factors to succeed in the role.
Fluency in English is required and French is a plus.
