Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial components for several industrial applications.
La figura ricercata
Reporting to the Group CEO, he/she will be responsible for the implementation of the commercial strategy and targets, and contribute to the definition of the regional business strategy. Main responsibilities will be:
- enter, consolidate and manage the business in the Russian market, from the phase of product registration till their distribution in the assigned channels;
- contribute in the definition of the Group's international development strategies;
- guarantee the assigned targets in terms of market penetration, sales and investment in the assigned industry and channels, including OEM;
- build and maintain strong relationship with customers and clear business communication strategy, following overall BU customer strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and long term profitable growth;
- oversee bottom-up sales forecast to meet annual budget and financial forecast requirements as well as taking responsibility for related P&L;
- manage and execute sales & marketing approach, customer mix and volume mix to optimise profitability and fulfil overall relevant Business Unit goals;
- ensure long term price strategy and secure agreed pricing levels aligned to strategic and local pricing levels, which contributes to sustainable profitability;
- build and maintain strong relationship and collaboration within sales and related functional teams such as marketing, Logistics, Product and service innovation teams, and secure coordination at group level as needed;
- contribute to the development of functional strategies and overall regional business plan.
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal candidate already possesses significant experience of the Russian market and should have an in-depth knowledge of the territory. People management experience, both in sales and administrative areas, is a necessary prerequisite. The knowledge of BtoB medical industry is strongly recommended.
Preference will be given to the candidates who already have a resident experience in Russia.
Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Russian language is preferable.
