La figura ricercata
- Processing timely and controlling the full Work Order administration process from opening of new WO up to the invoicing, according to company's standards and systems. Every invoicing opportunity must be identified.
- Processing timely and controlling the Rental Contracts administration (setup of the contracts in the system, periodic invoicing and related tasks)
- Keep debtors and receivables within contractual terms by regular check and reminders where necessary
- Liaise with workshops and subcontractors to insure the accuracy of information (quantitative and qualitative) and to keep the administrative lead-times short. Make the necessary cross-checks between reports to guarantee consistency of data.
- Back-office administration

- An "eye for detail"
- Experience in workshop or service administration is a 'plus'
- Numerate - analytic - accurate
- Proficient on business administration systems
- Team player
- Good communication skills, both internally and with customers
- Language : Italian native, English
